For each panel, fashion a frame using 1x4s for the sides and bottom. For each top piece, use a 1x8 and cut an arc with a jigsaw.

Join the frame with glue and finishing nails. Lay the frame facedown, and secure lattice cut to fit to the back using brads or a staple gun. Add two 2-inch wooden balls to the bottom of each panel frame. Join the screen sections using three 2-inch hinges between each section. Paint.
