intothe fence admit more air and views and support vines. To
soften the fence, you can add espalier plantings and hanging
baskets.
To build this fence, you need
good measuring skills and experience using a circular saw.It
takes between 30 minutes and 1 hour to cut boards and install
one 8-foot slatted fence section between set posts.
What You Need:
- Hammer
- Circular or table saw
- Steel measuring tape
- Level
- Plumb bob
- Galvanized nails
- One bag of concrete mix per
post
- Construction glue
- Pressure-treated 4x8 lattice
sheets, 2x4s, 1x2s, and 4x4 support posts
- 1x8 rough cedar for slats
