Frequently Asked Questions

I am trying to create a dessert with Girl Scout Cookies.

Q: Hi Hope, I am trying to create a dessert using the chocolate covered peanut butter cookies I have left over from the Girl Scout sell. I have an idea of using them in cupcake liners, but am baffled on what would be tasty on top! If you have any ideas, I would greatly appreciate them! Thanks, Tammi

A: Try the following easy recipe, only instead of making a whole pie, make individual servings in the cupcake liners.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

1 1/3 cups Tagalongs®/ Peanut Butter Patties®, crushed
5 tablespoons butter, melted
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package vanilla pudding
1 1/2 cups milk
1/3 cup peanut butter, creamy or crunchy

1. Combine crumbs and butter and press into a 9-inch pie plate.
2. Combine pudding and milk, stir in peanut butter, mixing well. Pour into pie shell.
3,.Refrigerate to set before serving. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
