Rolled up bread with sour cream, chives and cream cheese and smoked turkey breast.
Canape Roulade
- 2 slices very thin wheat bread
3-ounces Honeysuckle White Deli Hickory Smoked Breast
1 1/2 tablespoons sour cream
2 teaspoons fresh chives, minced
1 1/2 tablespoons whipped cream cheese
- Evenly remove crusts from bread and lay out end to end with a slight overlap. Gently press bread flat with a rolling pin to help seal together and make it more pliable.
- Combine Turkey, sour cream, cream cheese and chives (if mixture appears too wet, add more Turkey). Evenly spread Turkey mixture over bread in a thin layer. Roll up and wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Using a serrated knife, slice log into disks approximately 1/2-inch thick, discarding ends if necessary. Arrange on tray and serve
Makes 6 servings.
