Mango Chutney Guacamole
- 4 medium avocados, very ripe, seeded, peeled and chopped
1 (9-ounce) jar CROSSE & BLACKWELL Hot Mango Chutney
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons ORTEGA® Diced Green Chiles
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon diced jalapenos, optional
Tortilla chips
- COMBINE avocados, chutney, sour cream, onion, cilantro, chiles, lime juice, garlic, salt and jalapenos in medium bowl. Cover; refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with chips.
