Creamed Chipped Beef baked between layers of golden cornbread will surprise and delight your family. Serve with your favorite prepared salad from the local grocer and icy cold glasses of Nestea.

Stuffed Cornbread

1 (11-ounce) package STOUFFER'S® Creamed Chipped Beef, defrosted according to package directions
1 (8.5-ounce) package corn muffin mix
1 large egg
1/3 cup milk
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Grease 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Combine muffin mix, egg and milk in medium bowl; stir until only a few lumps remain in batter. Spoon half of batter into prepared loaf pan. Top with creamed chipped beef. Spread remaining batter over creamed chipped beef.
