Strawberry-Orange Smoothies
- 1 pint basket California strawberries,
washed and stemmed
1 1/4 cups lowfat milk
2/3 cup unflavored lowfat yogurt
2 1/2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoons honey
4 ice cubes
- Combine ingredients in container of electric
blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into 4 (8-ounce) glasses. Garnish
with orange wheels, if desired. Serve with straws.
Makes 4 servings.
