Grandma Mack's Breakfast Delight

Grandma Mack's Breakfast DelightBreakfast casseroles are ideal for serving hungry overnight guests. Serve with some fresh fruit of the season and hot cocoa, coffee or tea for a satisfying, hassle-free morning meal.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 tube refrigerated crescent rolls
2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
5 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
Dash salt and freshly ground pepper
2 cups frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 1/2 cups Sargento Cheddar Jack Shredded Cheese

Cooking Directions:

  1. Arrange the crescent rolls on the bottom of a 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Place the ham on top of the crescent rolls.
  2. Beat the eggs, milk, salt and pepper; set aside.
  3. Layer the hash browns over the ham, then pour the egg mixture over the hash browns. Top with cheese.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.

Makes 8 servings.
