Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Fudge
- 1 (12-ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup peanut butter chips
- Line 8-inch square pan with foil; set aside.
- In a heavy saucepan, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and salt and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, just until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
- Remove from heat. Quickly stir in the peanut butter chips.
- Spread evenly into prepared pan.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
- Remove from pan and peel off foil. Cut into squares.
Makes about 2 pounds.
