Mocha Sauce (Diabetic)
- 1 cup skim milk
4 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon instant coffee crystals
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 teaspoons Equal® for Recipes or 4 packets Equal® sweetener or 3 tablespoons Equal® Spoonful
- Combine milk, cocoa, cornstarch and coffee crystals in small saucepan. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more.
- Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and Equal® Cool. Cover and chill.
Makes about 1 cup.
