Sugar-Free, No-Cook Strawberry Freezer Jam

1 1/2 cups granulated measurable sweetener
1 (1.59-ounce) package fruit freezer jam pectin
4 cups crushed fresh strawberries*
  1. Combine sweetener and pectin in large bowl, stirring until until well blended.
  2. Add crushed fruit to dry mixture. Stir 3 minutes.
  3. Ladle fruit mixture into 5 clean 8 ounce jars, leaving 1/2-inch headspace. Cover with lids. Let stand at room temperature until thickened, about 30 minutes.
  4. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks, or store in the freezer for up to 1 year.

Makes 5 (8-ounce) jars or 40 servings.

* Or use 4 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed, drained.
