This vegetable and beef
dinner is seasoned by your favorite tomato sauce and smothered
with mozzarella. Serve over pasta or rice.
Easy Italian
Supper
- 3/4 pound lean ground
beef
1 (16-ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
3/4 cup prepared spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- In a large skillet over
medium-high heat, brown ground beef, about 5 minutes; drain.
- Add vegetables and spaghetti
sauce. Cover and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella
cheese just before serving.
Makes 4 servings.
