After a hard day at work settle down with a hot bowl of goulash and you will see why they call it comfort food. Serve with warm cornbread and your favorite steamed vegetables.

Macaroni and Cheese Goulash

1 (12-ounce) package STOUFFER'S® Macaroni and Cheese, defrosted according to package directions
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1/2 cup smoke flavor barbecue sauce
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
  1. Cook beef, onion, garlic salt and pepper until beef is no longer pink. Add macaroni and cheese, barbecue sauce and ketchup. Cook over low heat until heated through.

Makes 6 servings.
