Mexicorn Bake

1 pound ground beef
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 packet taco seasoning mix
3/4 cup water
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can corn soup
1/4 cup milk
1 (12-ounce) package refrigerated biscuits
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  1. In a large skillet, cook ground beef with green bell pepper; drain. Add taco seasoning mix and water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Pour into a 1-quart casserole. Add corn soup and milk and thoroughly combine everything together.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and stir.
  4. Open refrigerated biscuits and slice in half. Place the cut side down on top of meat mixture and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Return to the oven and bake for 15 minutes or till the biscuits are browned.

Makes 5 servings.
