Convenience foods make it quick and easy to whip up this delicious quick-to-prepare meatloaf.

Spinach Souffle Meatloaf

1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 (12-ounce) package STOUFFER'S® Spinach Soufflé, defrosted, according to package directions
2 cups mashed potatoes (check the refrigerated section of your grocery store for ready-to-use mashed potatoes)
1 lareg egg, lightly beaten
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. COMBINE ground beef, spinach soufflé, mashed potatoes, egg and breadcrumbs in medium bowl. Transfer to 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
  3. BAKE for 40 to 45 minutes or until no longer pink in center.

Makes 8 servings.
