Shepherd's Pie
- 2 (11.5-ounce) packages
STOUFFER'S® Potatoes au Gratin, defrosted according to package
directions
12 ounces lean ground beef, cooked, drained
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- Preheat oven to 350°F
(175°C). Lightly grease 8-inch square baking dish.
- Place potatoes in prepared
baking dish; top with ground beef, cheddar cheese and Monterey
Jack cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
