Kids of all ages will enjoy this upside down version of Shepherd's pie.

Upside-Down Shepherd's Pie

2 (11.5-ounce) packages STOUFFER'S® Potatoes au Gratin, defrosted according to package directions
12 ounces lean ground beef, cooked, drained
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease 8-inch square baking dish.
  2. Place potatoes in prepared baking dish; top with ground beef, cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes.
