Holiday Cheesecake Gifts

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
3 (8-ounce each) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 large eggs

Decorating gels
Colored sprinkles
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a 13 x 9-inch baking pan, mix together the crumbs, butter and 2 tablespoons sugar; press firmly onto bottom of pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended; add eggs and mix well. Pour over crust.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Cut into 24 squares.
  6. Decorate with gels and sprinkles to resemble holiday "gifts."
  7. Store in refrigerator.

Makes 24 servings.
