Pebbles® Holiday Crispy Squares

1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 (10.1/2-ounce) package Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows (6 cups)
1 (13-ounce) package Post Fruity Pebbles Cereal (about 8 1/2 cups)
9 Capri Sun Fruit Rolls, Strawberry Kiwi Flavor
  1. Line 13 x 9-inch pan with foil; lightly grease foil.
  2. Microwave butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 seconds or until melted.
  3. Add marshmallows; toss to coat. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes or until marshmallows are completely melted, stirring after 45 seconds. Add cereal; mix well.
  4. Press cereal mixture firmly into prepared pan. Cool.
  5. Cut cereal mixture into 24 squares.
  6. Cut fruit rolls lengthwise in half, then use to wrap around cereal squares and make bows as desired, cutting into shorter lengths as necessary.

Makes 2 dozen squares or 24 servings.

Fruity Pebbles® Wreaths:
Prepare cereal mixture as directed. With greased hands, shape 1/2 cup of the cereal mixture into wreath shape. Place on wax paper-lined tray. Repeat with remaining cereal mixture. Cool. Garnish with green decorating icing and red hot cinnamon candies or bows made from chewy fruit snack rolls or string licorice, if desired.

Makes 1 1/2 dozen wreaths or 18 servings.

Fruity Pebbles® Snowballs:
Prepare cereal mixture as directed. With greased hands, shape 1/2 cup of the cereal mixture into ball. Repeat with remaining cereal mixture. Cool. Place 1/2 cup powdered sugar in large resealable plastic bag. Add balls, 1 at a time, to bag; gently shake bag until balls are evenly coated with sugar. Place on wax paper-lined tray.

Makes 1 1/2 dozen snowballs or 18 servings.
