Easy to make custard with vanilla and nutmeg.

Quick Holiday Custard

3 large eggs
1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
1 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoon all-purpose flour
3 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
  3. Pour into a greased and floured pie plate.
  4. Bake until set and light brown about 40 to 45 minutes.
