Uncle Sam's Jell-O® Mold

2 (3.25-ounce each) packages Jell-O Brand Berry Blue Flavor Gelatin
2 (3.25-ounce each) packages Jell-O Brand Gelatin, any red flavor
3 cups boiling water, divided use
2 cups cold water, divided use
1 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping

1. Place each flavor of dry gelatin in separate medium bowl. Add 1 1/2 cups of the boiling water to gelatin in each bowl; stir at least 2 minutes until gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir 1 cup of the cold water into gelatin in each bowl.
2. Spray Uncle Sam's Mold with cooking spray; place on baking sheet. Pour blue gelatin into the side of the prepared mold with the stars; pour red gelatin into remaining side with the stripes.
3. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight until firm. Unmold.
4. Decorate with whipped topping as desired.
