These cool, fruity and creamy gelatin treats are a fun finger-food that works for any holiday theme.

Valentine Cutouts

2 (6-ounce) packages cherry or raspberry flavored gelatin
2 1/2 cups boiling water
1 cup cold milk
1 (3.4-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  1. In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in water; set aside for 30 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix until smooth, about 1 minute. Quickly pour into gelatin; whisk until well blended.
  3. Pour into an oiled 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish. Chill until set.
  4. Cut into hearts using a heart-shaped cookie cutter or cut into desired shapes or squares.

Makes about 8 to 10 servings.
