A low sodium, low carb recipe.
BBQ Sirloin with Zesty Sauce
- 2 tablespoos (30mL) Mrs. Dash® Steak Grilling Blend
1/2 cup (120mL) low sodium ketchup
3 tablespoons (45mL) red wine vinegar
6 (6-ounce) (168g) top sirloin steaks, boneless, trimmed of fat 1/2 (1.25cm) to 3/4 inches (1.8cm) thick
- Whisk together Mrs. Dash® Steak Grilling Blend, ketchup, and red wine vinegar one hour before cooking steak.
- Set mixture aside.
- Preheat barbecue grill to medium high.
- Brush both sides of steaks generously with sauce, place on grill, turning once while grilling.
- Cook 4 to 5 minutes for medium, and 6 to 7 minutes for well-done.
- Serve hot.
