A modest sodium recipe.

Bowtie Pasta with Chicken and Broccoli

1 pound (454g) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1 inch (2.5cm) pieces
2 tablespoons (30mL) Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, divided
2 cups (480mL) fresh broccoli florets
1 small red pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
1 cup (240mL) reduced sodium fat free chicken broth
4 ounces (115g) reduced fat cream cheese, room temperature, cut into small pieces
1/4 cup (60mL) reduced fat milk
2 cups cooked (225g) bowtie pasta
  1. Sprinkle chicken with 1 Tbsp.(15mL) Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, and cook for 10 minutes in a nonstick skillet with no-stick cooking spray, or until chicken is browned and cooked through.
