A low carb, modest sodium recipe.
Cajun Kabobs
- 8 skewers
12 ounce boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 cup Mrs. Dash® Zesty Garlic Herb 10-Minute Marinade
4 ounces andouille sausage, sliced into 16 thin slices
1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
- Heat a grill. Soak skewers in water to prevent charring.
- Place cubed chicken in resealable bag; pour in Mrs. Dash® Zesty Garlic Herb 10-mInute Marinade. Let marinate 10 minutes in refrigerator.
- Alternately thread chicken and two slices of andouille onto each skewer. Place on a flat platter. Season each kabob with Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend.
- Grill over high heat, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking, about 4 to 5 minutes.
