A low carb, low sodium recipe.
Chicken Kabobs
- 1 lb (500g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch (2.5cm) cubes
8 (1-inch) cubes pineapple
1/2 green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch (2.5cm) cubes
1/2 small red onion, cut into wedges
1 tablespoon (15mL) olive oil
2 tablespoons (30mL) Mrs. Dash® Chicken Grilling Blend
- Prepare chicken, pineapple and vegetables.
- Thread pineapple chunks, chicken, peppers and onions onto skewers. Continue until you have four kabobs.
- Brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with one capful of Mrs. Dash® Chicken Grilling Blend. Preheat grill to medium high.
- Grill kabobs until chicken is no longer pink, 6 - 8 minutes, turning occasionally.
