Blueberry Cherry Apple Pie

1 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
2 large eggs
1/2 cup biscuit baking mix
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup cherry pie filling
1 cup apple pie filling
1 cup blueberry pie filling
1/2 cup biscuit baking mix
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  1. Preheat oven to 450*F.
  2. In bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed, beat until smooth 1 cup milk, 2 tablespoons softened butter, 1/4 teaspoon almond extract, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup biscuit baking mix, and 1/4 cup sugar.
  3. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie pan and spread mixture evenly across the bottom and sides. Spoon 1 cup cherry pie filling, 1 cup apple pie filling, and 1 cup blueberry pie filling in sections around the pie. Bake for 25 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup biscuit baking mix, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Cut in 3 tablespoons butter until crumbly. Sprinkle on the pie. Bake for 10 minutes longer; cool.

Makes 8 servings.
