Kids will love to make and eat this fun dessert.

Peanut Butter Pie

1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup milk
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8-ounce) container frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
  1. In a large bowl, combine powdered sugar, peanut butter, milk and cream cheese. Using electric mixer, beat until fluffy.
  2. Fold in non-dairy whipped topping. Pour into prepared crust and freeze for 4 hours. Thaw 10 minutes before serving.
  3. If desired, top with grated chocolate shavings.

Makes 8 servings.
