Delicious chicken dish that can be featured on the side or as the main course.

Apple Curry Chicken

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3/4 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch strips
1 (8-ounce) jar CROSSE & BLACKWELL® Apple Curry Chutney
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Hot cooked rice for accompaniment
  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add chicken; cook, stirring frequently, for 4 to 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
  2. Stir in chutney, yogurt, curry powder and salt. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through. Serve over rice.
