Chicken Noodle
Pie
- 1 (40-ounce) package STOUFFER'S®
Family Style Favorites Escalloped Chicken & Noodles
Vegetable cooking spray
1/2 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs, divided use
3 large eggs, lightly beaten
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar-American cheese blend
- THAW escalloped chicken
and noodles in refrigerator overnight.
- COAT a 9-inch deep-dish
pieplate with cooking spray; sprinkle bottom and sides with 2
tablespoons breadcrumbs.
- STIR together escalloped
chicken and noodles, eggs, and next 3 ingredients. Spoon mixture
into prepared pieplate; sprinkle with remaining breadcrumbs.
- BAKE at 350°F for
45 minutes or just until set. Sprinkle with cheese, and bake
5 more minutes.
