Cream Cheese and Chives Chicken

4 whole boneless chicken breasts
16 strips of uncooked bacon
2 (8-ounce) packages of Philadelphia brand cream cheese w/chives
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
  1. Preheat oven to 400*F (205*C).
  2. Divide each whole chicken breast into two separate breasts. Flatten each breast to about a 1/4 of an inch thick. Salt, pepper and garlic powder each breast to taste.
  3. Divide each package of cream cheese into quarters. Put one quarter of cream cheese in center of chicken breast and roll breast around cream cheese. Then wrap 2 strips of bacon around each breast.
  4. Place prepared breasts in 9 x 11-inch baking pan. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. If you prefer the bacon crispy on top, turn on broiler and watch closely until desired doneness is attained.

Serves 8.
