Creamy Chicken Bake

8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
8 (4-inch) slices Swiss cheese
1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup white wine
1 cup seasoned stuffing mix, crumbled
1/4 cup butter, melted
  1. Preheat oven to 350*F (175*C).
  2. Arrange the chicken in a lightly greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish. Top with Swiss cheese slices. Combine the soup and wine and mix well. Pour over the chicken. Top with stuffing mix crumbs and drizzle with butter.
  3. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until chicken is done.

Makes 8 servings
