
The toasted walnuts perfectly accent the
grilled chicken and pesto in this quick and easy recipe. Serve
with a prepackaged green salad and warm garlic bread.
Grilled Chicken
with Linguine and Pesto
- 1 (9-ounce) package BUITONI®
Linguine, cooked according to package directions
1 pound grilled and diced chicken
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 (7-ounce) package BUITONI® Pesto with Basil
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Heat oil in large skillet
over medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook for 1 minute. Add chicken,
pesto, linguine and half the walnuts. Cook until mixture is heated
through. Top with remaining walnuts and Parmesan cheese.
