
These are a delicious change of pace from
traditional tacos. The filling is also delicious wrapped in warm
flour tortillas. Serve with Nestlé Tollhouse brownies
for dessert.
Nacho Chicken
Tacos
- 1 (10-ounce) package STOUFFER'S®
Welsh Rarebit, prepared according to package directions
8 ORTEGA® Taco Shells
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- Toppings: shredded lettuce,
diced tomato, sliced ripe olives
- Heat oil in medium skillet.
Add onion; cook until tender. Add welsh rarebit, milk, chili
powder and chicken. Cook over low heat until heated through.
- Fill taco shells with
chicken mixture; top with desired toppings.
