Turkey Ring Meatloaf

1 large egg
1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground marjoram
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
2 pounds ground turkey
  1. In a bowl combine egg, soft bread crumbs, chopped onions, milk, chopped parsley, salt, prepared mustard, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, marjoram, and pepper; mix well. Add ground turkey and mix thoroughly.
  2. Pack into an oiled ring mold. Invert onto a baking pan lined with aluminum foil.
  3. Bake at 350*F for 45 minutes. Transfer to a serving platter and remove from the mold.

Makes 8 servings.
