Turkey with Orange

2 pounds turkey, sliced
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 onion, sliced
1/2 cup frozen concentrated orange juice
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons dried parsley
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/3 cup water
1 orange, sliced
  1. Rinse sliced turkey and pat dry. Preheat the oven to 400*F.
  2. Place under a broiler to brown, about 3 to 5 minutes. Place in a kettle or roasting pan and sprinkle with paprika. Arrange sliced onion over the turkey.
  3. In a bowl combine frozen concentrated orange juice, brown sugar, dried parsley, soy sauce, ginger, and water. Pour over the turkey and onions. Cover the turkey; bake in an oven for approximately 60 minutes, basting once or twice, or until the turkey is tender. Garnish with sliced orange.

Makes 6 servings.
