Cranberry
Apple Mold
- 3 cups boiling water
3 (3.25-ounce each) packages Jell-O Brand Cranberry Flavor Gelatin,
or any red flavor
2 cups cold apple juice or water
- Stir boiling water into
gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
Stir in cold juice.
- Pour into Santa or 5-cup
mold sprayed with cooking spray.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or
until firm. Unmold. Garnish as desired. Store leftover gelatin
mold in refrigerator.
