Sparkling
Mandarin Orange Punch Bowl
- 3 cups boiling water
4 (3.25-ounce each) packages Jell-O Brand Sparkling Mandarin
Orange Flavor Gelatin
5 cups cold club soda or seltzer
- Stir boiling water into
gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
Refrigerate 15 minutes. Stir in cold club soda.
- Pour into clear 2 1/2-quart
glass punch bowl or 12 stemmed glasses; cover. (For extra sparkling
bubbles, refrigerate 15 minutes; then gently stir for 5 seconds.)
- Refrigerate 4 hours or
until firm.
- Garnish as desired with
mandarin orange segments, red and green grape halves, sliced
strawberries and sliced kiwi.
