4 tablespoons butter
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped green onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Cooked rice for accompaniment
  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Saute scallops and peeled shrimp in butter in a large skillet over medium heat for about 3 to 5 minutes, or until cooked through; remove to a bowl.
