A quick vegetable stir-fry and white rice would compliment this dish very nicely.

Oriental Broiled Grouper

3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated gingerroot
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pound grouper

  1. In a mixing bowl combine soy sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice, ginger and garlic.
  2. Wash and dry grouper. Evenly coat fish with soy sauce mixture.
  3. Arrange the fish in a shallow pan and broil for 6 to 7 minutes, basting often with the juices from the pan.

Makes 2 servings.
