Vegetable Delight

1/2 teaspoon margarine
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped green peppers
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups frozen okra and tomatoes
1/8 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
  1. Sauté onion, pepper and garlic in margarine until tender. Combine remaining ingredients and cook 5 minutes or until bubbly, stirring frequently.
