Do you have a basic 3-meat
meatloaf recipe?
Q: I have never made meatloaf with the 3 meat mixture
(beef/veal/sausage) and I've been asked to prepare it. With the
hundreds of recipes out there, I don't even know where to begin.
Help! Do you have a basic 3-meat recipe, or can you tell me where
I can find one? Thanks!
A: Any basic meatloaf recipe will work by substituting
a third of the ground meat for each of the 3 types of ground
meats you wish to use. Here are two basic recipes that you can
