Frequently Asked Questions
QUESTION:
My no-bake cookies don't harden.
I love no bake cookies, but mine do not harden up like they are supposed to. What would I be doing wrong?
ANSWER:
You are not alone, no-bake, saucepan cookies can be a challenge at one time or another for anyone who has ever made them. Problems will occur when they are under-cooked resulting in a gooey mess, and when over-cooked they harden into a dry crumbly mess. The fact is, the most occurring reason for failure is timing, either it's too long or too short, so use a reliable timer.
