Artichoke
Dip
- 1 (15-ounce) can artichokes,
brine-packed
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Drain and finely chop
artichoke hearts (or use a food processor).
- Mix all ingredients together
and transfer to a 9-inch glass pie plate.
- Microwave on MEDIUM about
2 minutes, or heat in 350°F (175°C) oven for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm or at room
temperature with cut-up vegetables or crackers.
Makes 10 servings.
