3/4 cup of mayonnaise
3/4 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Drain and finely chop 1 can of artichoke hearts (or use a food processor).
  3. Mix with Hellmann's Mayonnaise (known as Best Foods on the west coast!) and freshly grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
