Cheese & Bacon Potato Wedgies

1 (25-ounce) package frozen potato wedges

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack cheese
6 to 8 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
4 medium green onions, thinly sliced
  1. Bake potato wedges according to package directions.
  2. Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bacon and bake until cheese is melted.
  3. Sprinkle with green onions and serve hot!

Makes 8 servings.
