Cheese & Bacon Potato Wedgies

No recipe image available.These easy cheesy potato wedges with embedded bits of bacon make a tasty appetizer or snack with ranch or blue cheese dressing for a dipping sauce, or simply serve them as a side dish on their own.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 (25-ounce) package frozen potato wedges
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack cheese
6 to 8 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
4 medium green onions, thinly sliced

Cooking Directions:

  1. Bake potato wedges according to package directions.
  2. Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bacon and return to oven and bake until cheese is melted.
  3. Sprinkle with green onions and serve immediately.

Makes 8 servings.
