Cheese and Fruit Kabobs
Along with the cheese and fruit kabobs, add a crock of Wisconsin Cold Pack Cheese, sliced vegetables and crackers to complete the appetizer platter.
Recipe Ingredients:
2 cups (8 ounces) Wisconsin Colby cheese, cubed
Apple chunks, grapes, dates
2 cups (8 ounces) Wisconsin Swiss cheese, cubed
Melon chunks, orange sections
1 cup (4 ounces) Wisconsin Fontina cheese
Pineapple chunks, strawberries
2 cups (8 ounces) Wisconsin Colby cheese, cubed
Pear chunks
2 cups (8 ounces) Wisconsin Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
Apricot chunks, kiwi slices
1 cup (4 ounces) Wisconsin Gouda cheese, cut in wedges
Grapes, apple chunks
Cooking Directions:
- Alternate cubes of Wisconsin cheese and pieces of fruit on individual skewers.
- Arrange skewers on large platter.
