Cheese Puffs

No recipe image available.The dough for these cheese puffs can be made ahead and refrigerated or frozen until ready to use.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 cup butter, softened
1 pound (16 ounces) any flavor Wisconsin Cold Pack cheese
3 cups all-purpose flour

Cooking Directions:

  1. Cream together butter and cheese. Mix in flour until thoroughly blended.
  2. Roll into 1-inch balls using 1 level tablespoon of dough for each ball.
  3. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm or cool.

Makes about 48 puffs.
