A great choice for Super Bowl Sunday, or any time!

Chili Cheese Dip

2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 (10.5-ounce) cans chili, no beans
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onion
2 tablespoons chopped jalapeño slices (optional)
  1. Preheat oven to 350*F (175*C) degrees.
  2. Spread softened cream cheese in 9 x 13 x 2-inch glass baking dish and then spread chili on top. Sprinkle cheese, onions and peppers on top. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  3. Serve with tortilla or corn chips.
