Bowl Sunday, or any time!
Chili Cheese
Dip
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream
cheese, softened
- 2 (10.5-ounce) cans chili,
no beans
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green
onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped
jalapeño slices (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350*F
(175*C) degrees.
- Spread softened cream
cheese in 9 x 13 x 2-inch glass
baking dish and then spread chili on top. Sprinkle cheese, onions and peppers on top.
Bake for 20 minutes or until
cheese is melted.
- Serve with tortilla or
corn chips.
