Chipped Beef Cheese Ball
This beefy cheese ball, made with just three simple ingredients, is sure to a party favorite. Submitted by Sherry R. Reed of Baltimore, Maryland USA.
Recipe Ingredients:
2 (8-ounce) packages of cream cheese
2 regular-sized packages of chipped beef
2 heaping tablespoons of horseradish
Cooking Directions:
- Chop up chipped beef and mix with cream cheese. Add horseradish, and mix everything together.
- Form into ball, and chill for 1 hour or longer before serving.
- Serve on plate with Club House Crackers or Ritz Crackers.
Makes 1 cheese ball.
