Cranberry Bruschetta
This savory cranberry sauce is simply scrumptious spread atop toasty slices of bread, and also goes well as an accompaniment with meats such as poultry and pork.
Recipe Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Ocean Spray® Fresh or Frozen Cranberries
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

- Pour into a glass bowl. Stir in basil and oregano. Cool at room temperature.
- Cut bread diagonally into 16 (3/4-inch) slices; brush both sides with oil.
- Broil each side for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown.
